We know how different and complex individual hair types can be, so we approach your hair concerns with ingenuity instead of developing a "one-size-fits-all" ingredient or formula. This philosophy played a key role in our decision to move away from using one hero ingredient—our Healthy Hair Molecule—to solve a multitude of hair concerns and, instead, reformulate to create bespoke-like solutions that are scientifically tailored to solve unique hair challenges.

We analyzed the benefits our Healthy Hair Molecule delivered from our shampoos and conditioners and identified innovative alternatives specifically tailored for rinse-off applications. The new shampoo formulas utilize a blend of slip modifiers to reduce surface friction and fiber- fiber stressors; the new conditioner formulas leverage a lightweight sugarcane-derived emollient to control frizz and reduce damage from wet and dry combing.
