Create and submit a 15-30 second video on how Living Proof has contributed to your hair transformation and how your life has changed dramatically thanks to your new beautiful, manageable hair! Be as creative as you can in a dance or a song—anything as long as it’s fun and original!

- Next, post your videos on a site where judges can view it (like a blog or YouTube) and enter the link in the “Notes” section of our contest registration page. Save your original file.
- Complete the entry form and hit ENTER.
