So, welcome to our little experiment. The concept was born out of the sheer number of e-mails we received since the Allure article about No Frizz and Living Proof. We thought it would be great to connect all the fans of the product to share your stories, your tips & tricks and your daily hair concerns. We also hope to use the site as a resource to customers that have questions or want to get advice from the most important experts – you!
So please share your stories, many of them have cracked me up or made me so proud of what we’re trying to do in the beauty industry. I’ll keep you up to date on what’s going on with the company and our progress. I’ll also share some of the e-mails I receive each day. Here’s one of my favorite ones in response to my “Want to be a No Frizz Fan.”

I think it was so very nice of you to take the time to send the note below. I can’t imagine how excited you must be about the future of your product. The desire, hard work and dedication have paid off. Your dreams and success are about to happen.
I wish you the very best of luck. It is truly something most of us only dream about, but it about to happen for you. Your time has come. Honestly, it is so exciting about what is going to happen to No Frizz once exposed on QVC, I purchases your product only last week and tried it once since I received it. It is amazing. Today after reading your email, I ordered another for my daughter. All good wishes.

Thank you so much for sending me the samples of the styling products for wavy hair. I did try them and I have found that I do seem to like them more than the styling products for straight hair. I have found that my original concept was correct. My hair is thick, coarse and with a natural wave. The wave styling products did not cause my hair to feel stiff and my hair was more relaxed with the way it normally flows versus using the straight styling products. I see other companies are trying to compete with “sulfate free” products. I don’t think they can match your products, though, you’ve made hair care and styling history! Thanks again.
Can you make a dandruff line?
Oh my gosh, FINALLY, help for my crazy hair. I have spent so much money on hair products that did not work, not anymore. The products are miraculous. My hair is so soft and shiny. I have very fine, very curly gray, colored hair. I fight my hair every single day. My mission was to make the madness stop. I am 52 and have night sweats which causes my hair to look fuzzy when I get up … not anymore. I think whomever formulated this product should be given “the inventor of the century award”. I was too afraid to permanently straighten my hair because I knew it would break off so have spent many hours trying to “morph” my hair. I cannot say thank you enough. I can stop fearing rainy days and the humidity and will say “goodbye” to my ballcaps.
Your products are AMAZING! For once–a beauty product based on smart science. WAY TO GO! As an entrepreneur, I can imagine it took a lot of sweat equity to get this product off the ground and I hope you write a book about the experience someday as I’d love to learn how it all came together–science, business, marketing, beauty, etc. etc.
One polite suggestion: the cost of the products are rather high for the volume provided. High-end hair products and treatments typically come in bottles 1-3 times larger than yours for the same price range. Maybe the new technology costs that much more to produce but I’d venture to guess you’re losing a lot of market share from potential, first-time buyers because you’re pricing yourself out of the market for a relatively unknown (i.e. brand new) line.
EXCELLENT product otherwise and for how well it works it’s worth the cost for me, at least.

First let me congratulate you and the Living Proof team on creating truly exceptional products! I use LP’s shampoo, conditioner, leave-in conditioner and the straight-making treatment as my hair is thick and has a propensity to expand when exposed to humidity. I truly feel that there are no other products on the market that can touch LP when it comes to protecting hair from humidity and actually extending the life of my shampoo. Although several people have commented on the smell, I actually find the scent to be refreshing and clean. I always think about this when using the styling aids. My question to you is as follows…does the LP Team have any plans to introduce a deep conditioner? Although the rinse out and leave-in conditioners are great, because my hair is thick and curly/wavy I have always done a weekly deep conditioner to add more moisture. I am so hooked on Living Proof’s products that frankly I really would prefer to stay with your family of products to meet this need? One more question, like others I initially tried the curl making styling treatment, but absolutely did not like the holding polymers as it made my hair feel very dry. The straight-making styling treatment proved to be the ticket works very well. The only drawback for me (but certainly not a big enough one to ever make me change products) is the fact that my hair does not have a lot of sheen to it. Any suggestions? Thank you so much for providing these truly great products! I am a customer for life!

When can I buy the conditioner and shampoo in Canada. Honestly I have about six people who are now ordering on a regular basis for No Frizz……this is an awesome product…….the shampoo and conditioner must be equally awesome yes?????

I absolutely love your products! I have curly thick hair and use the straight for thick to coarse hair. I love that it holds the style even the next day or two not requiring me to shampoo as often. I was previously using Pureology Straight Serum (and loved that too until I bought yours!) The only downside is the cost. The Pureology products are very expensive but very concentrated and I had assumed yours were the same. Unfortuantely you have to use a lot more of your product to achieve results but I am already hooked!!! Any future sales or programs for loyal buyers? I also would love to see you add a different fragrance to it as it has an odd smell compared to other products I have used.

Carrie, soon enough! I promise. You are not alone in this request. We will be selling the single units at some point in January on livingproof.com and at QVC. We also launch mid-February in all Sephora doors around the country so if there is one near by you can just pick it up!

I LOVE the No Frizz without control, but I really don’t like the one with control. It makes my hair feel like I’m styling it with salt water!! When can I buy them separately??
