Just wanted to say I tried these products and my hair took half the time to blowdry - was a bit dry on the ends though, even after using the shampoo/conditioner, leave in conditioner and straight making cream. Love the fact that you do NOT test on animals and my hair easily became straight - Im a sold customer here in Australia and have started spreading the word to my frizzy haired friends!

Hi Lori, we're sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with our shampoo & conditioner. While the shampoo and conditioner do contain our frizz-fighting molecule, PolyfluoroEster, it's best to use them as a base for the No Frizz stylers. The stylers are our most powerful frizz-fighting products and you might see a better effect if you use them along with the shampoo and conditioner. We hope that you were able to reap the other benefits from the No Frizz Shampoo and Conditioner, namely it's ability to repel dirt and oil and how it leaves your hair looking and feeling healthy and soft without weighing it down with silicones. For more information, please feel free to give our Customer Service team a call at 866-240-9933 anytime Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm EST.

I am sorry to say but I tried your shampoo & conditioner for a week and my hair is just as frizzy as other shampoo & conditioners I've used. My hair is med. length, very fine and has been frizzy all my life. I was told this product works but I am living proof that it doesn't. I was really disappointed to spend money like that on a product that does not work. I was hopeful but obviously they are never going to find anything to take frizz away and that's all I was looking for. Disappointed here!! Lori

Hi Andrea,
Our No Frizz products are anti-frizz products before they are volumizers. You may have initially noticed that there was a difference in volume, purely based on the fact that you were using a much more lightweight, silicone-free product. Although our wave shaping cream has a touch of hold to it, it is an anti-frizz product, not a volumizer. If you just want some lift at the root, consider using a root lifter (we recommend Phyto’s Volumissant). Let us know if you have any more questions or if you want more information on Full! Thanks!

I have been using the shampoo, conditioner, and wave making for medium to thick hair for almost two weeks now. At first I was absolutely astounded by the results! I wash my hair every other day and blow it straight. Suddenly I once again am dealing with lifeless, limp hair.....what happened? What could I be doing wrong? I was so in love! Hopefully it was just a bad hair day...I want the hair back from when I first used this product, could I be over-conditioning? My hair is thick, so I am concerned about adding full...as I fight full, I just want full on the top...Thanks! Wonderful products

Much kudos goes out to the Living Proof team. It doesn't change the fact that I simply can't use their shampoo on my ultra-sensitive scalp, but I am heartened by the help rendered by their attentive customer service officer, Jessie Vallette. Thanks for your prompt responses!

Zaihan, we are so sorry to hear about your experience, both with getting and using the product. Please know that we are working around the clock to expand our global reach, but unfortunately as a new, small company these things do take time. In the meantime, Jessie in Customer Care will reach out to you to see that your money and efforts were not in vain.

I'm from Singapore, in South-East Asia, and had to jump through a lot of loop to get to purchase your products. Even the Sephora store here doesn't carry your products and you don't ship internationally, or even accept non-U.S. credit cards.

Living in the tropics with fully saturated humid air wreaks havoc on my curls. I'd have to say that the No Frizz stylers have helped mitigate the chaos, but not as much as I expected for the price paid. When I used a hairdryer, my hair looked fried. Not flattering at all, because I used a lot of product and still ended up with frizz.

Also, using the shampoo causes scabs on my scalp. Switched to another shampoo and they went away, but they came back when I tried using the No Frizz shampoo again. It also doesn't lather up at all. It will only lather up richly if I repeat after a first wash. This makes me suspect that the shampoo does not handle sebum well.

The shampoo is exceedingly drying to my hair. After rinsing, the resulting texture feels like hay, and is so rough that it tangles up terribly until I apply the conditioner. While the conditioner completely smoothens and totally softens the hair, I'm rather perturbed by the thought of the shampoo making my hair feel that way.

I did feedback this all in an earlier survey but didn't receive any response. I was supposed to receive a free shampoo & conditioner but never did. And then we have your current survey which completely excludes anyone outside of the U.S.

Generally, I'm disappointed with the efficacy of the products and the fact that i feel very excluded despite being an interested and active party from the time of launch.
