Please offer wholesale to licensed stylists. Great product!
Please produce the jumbo sizes as a regular product or perhaps an intermediate size (12-18 oz.). It would benefit your clients, company, and environment!
If you put this product in salons, will it be cheaper? Wood love to try it, but to costly.

Any plans to produce more jumbos in the future?
While your product line is good, your prices are extortionate and insensitive of those of us who need it in these challenging times. What is your profit margin? 1500%? Yes, your development costs were substantial, but this is not a drug, it does not go through the rigorous human clinical trials required of pharmaceuticals, and it should not have these prices for you to be profitable. This is just sheer greed, you are charging more for shampoo than bio-engineered cancer drugs. Shame on you.
This is the only product that has had amazing results. I use the shampoo, conditioner, leave-in treatment and styling cream for straight hair. AMAZING!! I will be buying the jumbo sizes, it is totally worth every penny.
I ordered my jumbo’s as soon as it became available on the website and I too had my order by Tuesday. I love how fast you are at shipping products. Looking forward to trying Full when it becomes available in 2010.

This makes PERFECT sense to me- I use the spray, which is a 3.4 oz bottle- and I use TONS of it!!! (20 plus sprays per day). Anyway, I figure that I pay $24 for a 3.4 oz bottle- and am getting a 24 oz bottle for $95…a savings of $74.41….one JUMBO size is like buying 7 small bottles…anyway, I am a happy camper!!! Thanks for the opportunity to save and buy in BULK!!! Thanks!
Thanks for the question. The jumbos are 24 oz which is equivalent to 6 of the full size styling products. At $24 retail price, if you bought that much of the product it would cost $144. The jumbos are $95 which is a 35% discount from the retail price. Let me know if that doesn’t make sense. Rob, CEO

We all know when you buy in bulk…its “less expensive” mainly because of packaging etc…why buy LP in bulk when I only save $1 and put the money in your hands? My only reasoning would be ecologically cutting down on plastic…your price point just doesn’t make sense to me. Can you explain the lack of price break here?

Can’t wait to receive the large size of the straightmaking treatment. Customer service is great! I couldn’t get the sale size on my computer. For some reason the drop down tab didn’t have the jumbo size but your customer service rep placed my order for me. Love the product, have used it since early this year, and you have the best customer service of any product that I have ever purchased. Keep up the good work and you will never have any competition!
