Oscar fever isn’t reduced to just one night—the entire weekend was filled with anticipation and excitement for the biggest night in the entertainment industry. This past Friday, CEO Rob Robillard headed out to Los Angeles for QVC’s ‘The Buzz on the Red Carpet’ special and it certainly was a special night.

QVC host Lisa Robertson and each of her guests stood on an elevated stage that overlooked a huge Hollywood pre-Oscar party filled with celebrities. Hair is such an important part of the perfect red carpet look so Lisa and Rob discussed what looks the Oscar nominees should wear on the red carpet.

Rob suggested that the nominees should showcase big, beautiful hair to match the haute couture and glamorous gowns. The best way to nail that look? Full Thickening Cream!

Our model, Miwa, was also on the red carpet with Rob and they did a before-and-after presentation where you saw Miwa with a beautiful, full hairstyle that rivaled what was actually on the Oscar red carpet Sunday night!

Speaking of the Oscars, it looked like big, full updos were in. Demi Moore, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Diane Kruger all had very large and architectural, elaborate updos. Another popular look was pairing big, thick waves with a deep side part. Sandra Bullock, Cameron Diaz, and Kate Winslet all looked beautiful with a very old-Hollywood romantic look that proves that a couple of waves and fullness can go a long way!
