If it’s not working CALL US!

We’ve been keeping an eye on the reviews out there and see a lot of people that LOVE the product and a few where it didn’t seem to work. If that’s you, please give us a call Monday – Friday from 8 am – 6 pm EST at 866-240-9933. Its free and I can tell you that nearly every time we get a call, we figure out how to get the technology to work. Here’s just a few things we find with customers:

1. Some people don’t have the right product. With 6 different formulas, the line can be tough to navigate. Finding the right formula to start is critical. Try using the diagnostic tool in the Our Products section of the site to help.

2. Mixing with other products can be tricky too. Our general rule is that if using a leave-in conditioner, apply it first then No Frizz. When using other styling products (gels, mousses, volumizers, etc), apply No Frizz first, then those stylers.

3. Sometimes folks are just not applying it correctly. There are video and photo “How to Use” in the Our Products section of the site. Check them out.

Like I said, our goal is to have complete satisfaction, so give us a call if you’re having any trouble at all.

Take care,

Rob

I bought this product hoping for the best, I have very thick coarse hair, and unfortunately it did not work in the frizz department, it is worse. But on a good day with no frizz it does feel smooth overall for that amount of money i expected more so i will not be buying it again i thought i would give it a chance.

    Hi Kelly,

Today is the first day that it is really misty out…so today was the real test of wether this product would work for me. Well, today I realized that the product doesn’t work on my hair! I’m disappointed.
My hair is in great codnition and just the slightest bit wavy so I blow it dry. I ended up with hair that looked damaged because of the frizz element due to the misty conditions. Any suggestions?

I am 65. I have always had hair that resembles a Brillo pad that has been caught in a waste disposal Oh it looks great just blow dried but living in Florida it never lasted very long. Every winter when it’s not quite so humid I grow it a little longer but by May-usually the 1st I am running to the salon to get it chopped so I can cover it with product and glue it in shape! So I thought last week, I have lived here for 30 years, America sent people to the moon in the 60’s some-one must have come up with an answer to this frizz, so I googled ‘frizzy hair’ and came up with your website. I read all the info and blogs mmm. So I went the next day to Sephora and spoke to a very well informed young man and decided this was the last time I was spending any time or money on Frizz. Well $24 is a lot of money for me but I bought both the spray and the cream. Best money I have spent ever. If this works on my hair it will work on anyones!! Now for the wrinkles….Thanks, this is a great product.

I have tried every product known to women to tame my highlighted, frizzy hair. Until now, nothing has come close to working. I have been using the “straight making” no-frizz styling cream for several weeks and am ecstatic with the results. My hair is soft, shiny, managable and does not frizz, even in the Florida humidity. Finally, a product that actually delivers. Also, I’m noticing that the more I use it, the better the results. Thank you for this awesome product! It is life changer for those of us who have been struggling with the “frizzies!!”

Hi Lisa- If you have dry ends, try using a leave in conditioner first before applying your No Frizz. The treatment will also help as it has a slightly higher level of conditioning agents than the No Frizz Cream. Let us know how it goes and call us if you continue to experience any problems. Thanks for your feedback.

I have medium-ish hair and I have been using the styling cream for a week. It has left the ends of my hair horribly dry. Today I used a different product line and my ends are soft as ever. I just looked at the No Frizz questions page and it recommends using the treatment if you experience dryness. Guess I’ll go to Sephora for an exchange and see if that helps. If it doesn’t I’m just goig to return this product once and for all.

This product ROCKS!! I never thought I would be able to have silky hair! I used the thick/coarse formula…because, well….I have thick coarse hair! I have the kind of hair you could rub vaseline on and it wouldn’t look greasy–so wasn’t I amazed when this stuff made it soft, silky and shiny! Thank you thank you thank you!!

I thought this product was extremely disappointing. I followed the directions in the video to a ‘t’ and it made my hair limp and lifeless looking. It also gave it a weird, waxy-like texture that was even a little challenging to get washed out of my hair. I was SO hoping that this product would do what it says it does, but no such luck. Hope it works better for other people!

I’m having trouble with the Styling Treatment for Thick/Coarse hair and am guessing it’s the polymer. I used my leave-in conditioner and applied No Frizz over that. Yesterday, my hair just looked electrified, today, it looks unclean and frizzy at the ends. Maybe switching to the Wave-Shaping, Curl-Defining cream will help.

  12. Hi Everyone.
    Well, I tried Living Proof.
I regret to report that my hair is just as frizzy and dry as it was before. I do not heat blow my hair.
    Maybe I did something incorrect?
The bottle does say just apply pretty much.
Honestly, I was expecting this new molecule in the product to make my hair look like Hollywood.

I’m a little disappointed and possibly out of $24 dollars.
Went and bragged about this product on twitter, and now I feel a little silly.

But, I will call living proof toll free and see what they say.

I LOVE your product. It has changed my life. Anyone with anything negative to say is using the wrong product or not using it correctly. I have thrown away all other hair products. This is amazing!!!!
