Full Thickening CreamWe absolutely love it when we get customer feedback. Not too long ago, we received an e-mail from a woman in Missouri about her experience with Full Thickening Cream–it was so good just had to post it!

Dear Living Proof,

I had to send you a note about my experience with your new product, Full Thickening Cream.

Finally, a product that does exactly what it claims to do.  I had almost resolved myself to the fact that I was just going to have to be a person with fine, limp, and fragile hair.  After DECADES of buying products that promised to do what Full Thickening Cream does, only to have them come up short, and combining several sprays, creams, etc. to get a thickening effect, this one finally does the job all by itself. It makes my fine hair full of bounce and body, just like it says it will.  This product has replaced my go-to thickening spray I have used for at least 10 years because it works so much better.

Thank goodness I took a chance on yet another thickening product.  Had I not, I would have missed out on the best one on the market.  Thank you, Living Proof, for making my hair dreams come true!

Diana, it sounds like you’re using a bit too much product. Although not always the case, a good general rule of thumb is that if you can feel the product in your hair, you need to use less. Check out our how to use videos at http://livingproof.com/how_to_use_full.php. We generally suggest that a person with shoulder-length hair use a dime-sized dollop (barely enough to cover your fingertip). Give that a try, and please let us know how it goes!

I have used the Full product three times now, I have shoulder link hair that is a bit natural curly and colored. I found that the product dried my hair out and it also weighed it down. I applied it on to wet hair and then blow dried it with a round brush and followed up with a curling iron to smooth my hair out. Looked great after I did it and then it went flat??? Also I found it to feel course not soft. Any suggetions??

I have fine hair and always have had limp straight hair my whole life. Every day has been having to fix my own hair. !!! WOW! What a daily routine. Well being a QVC shopper for the whole time they have been on TV, I have bought this and that for my hair but Living Proof full thickening cream is the ONLY product that has ever been successful with my hair. I have used it twice. The first time I styled my hair with steam rollers. It works pretty good but after sleeping , my hair needed some work, Yesterday I washed my hair and while it was very damp I worked the cream thru my hair and rolled it up on rollers and I am so PLEASED> I got out of bed this AM and My hair was not flat and the style was as good as the day before. Nothing is perfect but this product is wonderful. Where were you when I was younger? I am 75 yrs.old and so happy that you invented this product.GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Have I told you all lately how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE your products?! When I first saw your products on The Doctors TV Show, I was skeptical but, I figured it couldn’t hurt.
As I’ve told you many times over, I have hair that is like an old hooker, it just lays there. My hair dresser says I have lots of it but, it’s so baby fine and just resistant to curl or any type of styling to make it look voluminous. Another problem I have is when I have a hot flash, I start sweating and any amount of style I was able to achieve is gone.

Enter your wonderful line of products. Suddenly, my hair no longer lays flat against my head. It appears to have life. I was in total love with my new shampoo and conditioner and my hairdresser approved because it’s keeping my hair in great shape. Then FULL came along. WOW! I look like I curled my hair and all I’ve done is blow dry it with a hair dryer and a brush. I’m amazed at the volume! Better yet, after a long day just when I think my hair has died for the day, I just run my fingers through it and it fluffs right up and looks fresh and new!!!

I’m looking forward to the next surprise in your line of products. If it’s anything as good as what you have now, I know I’ll be sold!

Your product have given me back a sense of pride in my looks that I thought was gone forever. Your products are a dream come true for me!

Tomorrow I am having my hair cut and styled and my hairdresser has agreed to use your products on my hair instead of hers. She wants to see them work for herself. Who knows, you might have a new customer!

    Love you guys!!!!

Great question, Bonnie. You can absolutely use any of your preferred methods of application that you’ve listed, but keep in mind that Full works best when you give it a bit of friction to work with. If you use hot rollers, apply Full to wet hair, then blow dry with a round brush, and then set your hair in the hot rollers. When you take the rollers out, “push up” your hair a bit to give it some umph. If you set your wet hair in rollers and then dry, you’ll still apply Full before putting your hair in the rollers. Then, once your hair is dry and you’ve removed the rollers, do the same routine of “pushing up” your hair and running your fingers through it as you style. Let us know what you think!

I have short hair and need to use rollers, do i dry my hair then dampen and use rollers, or is it best to blow dry and use a curling iron. would it work to roll by hair wet and dry it with a dryer? can’t wait to try it. thanks bonnie

That’s great to hear Deb! You can definitely use Full and No Frizz together–in fact, we have a blog post that can answer that question perfectly (http://livingproof.com/blog/what-comes-first-full-or-no-frizz/). However, if you are going for a full, voluminous look, we don’t recommend using a flat iron–if you need to use the flat iron to smooth your hair, just use it on the ends. Either way, you don’t have to use a protective spray. Let us know how this works!

    Hi Guys,

I was turned on to your products by Daily Grommet. I ABSOLUTELY love them. I first tried the No Frizz product for my limp, thin hair. Fabulous. Then you came out with FULL and it is simply AMAZING!

I had a few questions. Should I use both together? I also use a flat iron to straighten. Should I apply a protective spray?

A BIG ( with bigger, fuller hair now!) fan,
    Deb
