At Living Proof customer service is a huge priority for us – hopefully for those that have called or e-mailed you have gotten that feeling.

And for those that have had the chance to call in the past month or so, you would have most likely talked to Sunny. Sunny joined us for a short-time while she was preparing for her wedding and move to the UK. Well little did we know how much both we and all of our customers would love her and miss her now that she’s gone. In fact, our first piece of fan mail arrived last week and it was addressed to none other then Sunny.

Last Thursday she was married and will be moving to the UK in the next few days. I figured for those that talked to her, you might want to see that not only is Sunny on the phone, she’s also Sunny in person.
