living proof no frizz lineHere at Living Proof our team of scientists and stylists worked extraordinarily long and hard to develop six unique No Frizz formulas to address the specific needs of each hair type and style.  While each formula fights frizz equally, choosing and using the correct formula for your hair type and desired style will provide the best results:

Here’s one happy customer’s testimonial after finding her No Frizz styling formula:

I had a sample of the styling treatment for thick to coarse hair at home and tried it as you suggested by making sure I really saturated my hair and then used Full on top of that.

My hair feels so soft and smooth, quite different than in the past.

I had used the styling cream for medium to thick hair in the past and at times it would feel ok but other times it didn’t.

Thank you for taking the time to help me determine what was right for me. I now know that I need to buy the thick to coarse formula which works best for me.

Before buying your No Frizz, be sure to ask yourself two simple questions:

1)       Is my hair fine, medium or thick?

2)      Do I wear my hair straight or wavy/curly?

Great question, Mickey! Would you say that your hair is a bit dry, or that it is in good condition? Our No Frizz treatments for thick to coarse hair have stronger conditioning components than our No Frizz creams for medium to thick hair. If you feel that you could use extra conditioning, then the treatment will be your best choice. On the contrary, if your hair is in good condition, then the cream is perfect. Either way you’ll be able to take advantage of the same, great, anti-frizz active!

    Hi,
I have curly hair, which is thick and frizzy on the top half (crown area) of my head, but less thick, and wavy on the lower half. Should i use the medium to thick products for straightening or the thick to coarse products ?

    Thanks!

I am very happy with this product. I tried so many products (Ouidad, Deja curls, Fresh curls, Broccato Curl interupted …..etc) with no results. I have damage hair, very dry and frizzy. After relaxers, coloring my hair, and keratin treatments, my hair was very dry and with no life. I tried the cream for medium to coarse hair and it was good but I wanted to have my curls back. I decided to buy the shampoo, conditioner, and the styling spray for fine to medium hair and it gave me back my curls with out stickiness, or crunchy feeling. My hair is soft, looks alive, and beautifull. This product is the ” Good Stuff”. I like my hair now!!!

    Hello!
I would love to try your products, but I’m a little unsure if they will work for me. I’m very low maintenance and don’t blow dry or style my hair. I have fine to medium hair which I usually wash and put up or air dry. My hair is somewhat wavy. I’m not looking to make my hair pin straight since that would require heat styling. I just want something that would smooth out some frizzies all the while giving me soft and shiny hair. I am also interested in the the restyling spray since I sweat a lot because I work out and well, I live in Florida where it is scorching hot and humid. Please let me know which products would be best for air drying hair. Thanks!

Hi Ellen, the difference between the styling cream and the styling treatment lies within the conditioning components. The treatment has stronger conditioners than the cream, so if you feel that your hair is in good condition, you should go with the cream. If you feel that you need a little extra conditioning, you should use the treatment. Feel free to call our customer service at 1-866-240-9933 (Monday-Friday, 8am to 6pm ET) for any additional questions! :)

Hi Nancy! The product is actually called the Straight Styling Treatment and not Straight-Making Treatment–thanks for pointing out my mistake in my last comment. Sorry for any confusion! Here’s a list of all our No Frizz products in case you were wondering: http://livingproof.com/product/nofrizz/

  10. Nancy says:

Is there a difference between the straight making treatment and the straight styling treatment?

  11. The Living Proof Team says:

Hi Isa, the Straight Making Treatment has lighter conditioners than the leave-in. With the leave-in, you’ll just want to apply to the ends of your hair, as its main focus is conditioning / keeping your hair healthy. With the treatment, you want to apply all over, as it is the “main ingredient” in our anti-frizz system, and is the product that will actually create that protective barrier against the humidity. Try them out and let us know how it turns out!
